A. Quality Products At Factory-Direct Prices
     All of our products are brand new and produced by large hi-tech Chinese factories, some of which are also manufacturers for prestigious international brands. All products strictly follow the standards of CE, FCC and RoHS, and are carefully inspected by a responsible QA team before packaging. All products are sold at factory-direct prices.
 
B. No Minimum Order Quantity
     Unlike most of the sellers from China, we don’t set a minimum order quantity restriction. You could buy even 1 piece of product from us at wholesale price.
 
2:How could I buy the products I need if there is no price in the website?
     Buyers need to send required product details to us via e-mail, and then we will provide reasonable quotations as request.
 
3:How long could I get reply of my enquiry?
     Buyers will get a reply within 24 hours.
 
4: About the sample:
      We offer samples for quality test or any other business purpose, but you are kindly invited to pay for samples and the freight, if you have an effective account of DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., you don't need to pay the express charge. We will use it to send a sample. Meanwhile when you make order, we can deduct your sample payment form the order amount.
 
5:About warranty and quality:
     We provide 3 to 6 months warranty for copy products and 3 months warranty for original & tested products. We have strict quality inspection system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed. For defective or false products, we can replace and make up for you without any reason and you no need return the defective ones to us.
 
6:How to apply refund?
     Once the PI has been confirmed and your ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be availible for a canceled order. But we will refund to you in time the the case that we could not offer the products required, due to the shortage or unavailability.
 
7:What kind of packaging you offer?
      During the packaging process, preventive measures will be taken by us to assure that the goods are in a good condition during storage and delivery.
 
8:What kind of transportation methods you offer?
     A. For spare-parts, we use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, as we enjoy very good discount in these companies. But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
 
     B. For goods with large package, we will transport by air and sea, and we will confirm freight with buyers’ prior delivery.
 
9:How about the insurance during transportation? How to deal with the responsibility?
     Buyers should take the full responsibility for shortage of goods if the goods are checked by any custom during transportation. During transportation, if goods are missed because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all loss should be borne by buyers.
